Casey L. Griffith, senior partner, focuses on all areas of intellectual property with an emphasis on litigation of patents and trademarks. He represents both intellectual property owners and those accused of infringing upon the IP rights of others. Casey is skilled in trademark portfolio management and advises clients on effective methods of protecting their brand.

Casey also serves as local counsel to out-of state parties and law firms involved in patent, trademark, copyright, and other IP disputes in federal court in the Northern District of Texas.

Casey earned a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas.  He is a registered patent attorney, and has a diverse educational background in environmental science and physics.  He also attended Texas A&M University, where he was a member of Company D-2 "Dog Company" of the Corp of Cadets.
