Remy Davis, senior associate, counsels retail businesses in all aspects of trademark portoflio management, including clearance searches, prosecution, and enforcement.  She also prepares IP license and assignment agreemetns, represents domain name registrats, and provides advice in copyright cases.  She has also represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, prepared IP agreements for M&A transactions, and assisted in trial preparation for various IP proceedings.

Remy earned a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
