My practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property, with a concentration on litigation of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. I have represented small and large corporations, and managed all phases of a lawsuit, from filing, to trial, and appeal. The technical subject matter of the litigation in which I have participated has been quite diverse, and includes medical devices, road safety devices, nutritional supplements, two-way paging technology, online relationship services, hand tools, and radar detectors. I take pride in looking beyond the surface to find and develop creative solutions on behalf of my clients.
