My practice is focused on commercial intellectual property and technology transactions as well as patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and enforcement.  My transactional practice includes drafting contracts such as intellectual property licensing agreements and asset purchase agreements, and preparing Internet and web site related documents such as terms of use and privacy policies.  In addition, I also assist in intellectual property litigation.

 

As part of my international business practice, I aid companies with joint ventures and international business transactions.  My international practice also involves advising clients regarding international trade regulations, including compliance and enforcement issues involving Customs/import and export laws, ITAR, and the FCPA.  I assist clients in matters in before US Customs & Border Protection, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Defense Trade Controls, the Office of Foreign Asset Controls, the US International Trade Administration, and other state, federal and foreign governing bodies and agencies.
