Roxana's practice includes intellectual property and commercial litigation as well as trademark and copyright prosecution.  Her litigation experience includes resolving issues related to trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and domain name disputes.  In addition, Roxana has experience drafting intellectual property licensing and employment agreements, such as independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements and master service agreements. 

Roxana has handled a variety of cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and has successfully conducted several Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, resulting in the transfer of domain names.  Roxana also represents business-software publishers in copyright enforcement and pre-suit settlement negotiations.
