Mr. Klemchuk’s presentation titled “Brand Enforcement on Social Networking Sites” discussed the perils of social media to trademark owners. The presentation offered practical tips for brand owners to police their brands on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, LinkedIn, and other social media.
